For the first weekend of May, two electro-pop artists Palmo X & Patiloe, prepared a story about fear of uncertainty, which concerns them personally. The song is called "Afraid" - the first single from the upcoming album about mental health. Meanwhile, this is the first time they work together and the debut of Patiloe.

“Afraid” is a song about mental health issues that every adult may face. When you are in your twenties, you learn to take responsibility, but the uncertainty of the consequence scares you. Having no experience of being a grown-up, you start to be afraid of many things on your way. Some parents teach their children that there is no excuse for failure or mistakes; they live with the fear of possible troubles and try to put the responsibility of choice on the shoulders of others. They take away from children a chance to experiment and innovate. In the grown-up age, overthinking, ambiguity, complicatedness replace children's nightmares about cartoon monsters on real-life-troubles. Nobody promises a life without fear, tears, mistakes, disappointment, but at least we should let nobody tell us what to do.

“Afraid” is our biographical single. We hope, telling about this will make more people comfortable and open to a conversation about their mental issues. There is nothing ashamed to say that your life is not such perfect as people try to show in their socials.
